Our annual match with the Sussex Golf Captains was held this year at Brighton & Hove, a 9 hole downland- links course. The course is set within the South Downs National Park which offers magnificent views over the South Downs and the City of Brighton & Hove. The weather was sunny, if a little windy, but this didn’t deter us. The match against the SGC is always one that we look forward to, as it’s an opportunity to meet up with friends. The match was keenly fought with most of the matches finishing on the 18th. The result was a friendly half of 5-5 and as the ladies held the trophy, we are pleased to retain it for a further year.
